ENT OFFICE STAFF provides an opportunity for practices and skilled workers to find each other. Practices post their positions and employees post their resumes privately (delivered on request) or publicly (searchable) on the web. Practices or employees may request a unique ID if they wish to have anonymity for their public posting. In other words, you control how much you want others to know about you. The information is yours and distributed to whom you request. We do not sell or share your information to third parties. ENT provides a practice with a list of employees available that meet their job description. If there are no employees within driving distance of the practice there will always be the option of a virtual or telecommuting employee. For medical practices the concept of virtual employees may be new. Virtual employees have been used in ENT offices practices for several years and are effective at lowering overheads by unlocking a practice from the limitations of their geographic area. We keep track of employees so that competing offices do not share the same employees. The employees are leased to practices on terms that the practice and the employees agree upon.ENT offices manages the employee payments, training, benefits, and miscellaneous expenses. Employers receive an itemized monthly bill for services rendered.
